Kentucky HB 64 Passes

Kentucky HB 64 successfully passed the Senate Health and Welfare Committee on February 21, 2018. Eunice Ray testified with State Representatives Stan Lee and Tim Moore for healing our brain injured soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, and coast guardsmen. We will keep you updated on the progression of this legislation, culminating in the Governor’s office in the coming weeks.
